She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University-San Marcos.

Originally from Texas, USA, Melissa relocated to Dubai in August 2024 after residing in Spain for the past three years. Her diverse clinical background includes working with both pediatric and adult populations across various settings, where she has assessed patient conditions, developed individualized treatment plans, and implemented therapeutic interventions. Melissa is committed to a patient-centered approach, focusing on collaboration with her patients and emphasizing education to support long-term health and wellness.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys playing and watching sports, especially cheering for her favorite Houston teams. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
