Heather
Senior Physiotherapist
A dynamic and dedicated physiotherapist, she graduated with a BSc (Hons) from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland, in 2018. From the start of her career, she immersed herself in the fast-paced world of NHS Greater Glasgow, gaining invaluable experience across a wide range of specialties, including acute medical care, ICU, stroke rehabilitation, orthopaedics, surgical recovery, medicine for the elderly, and musculoskeletal outpatients. Each rotation deepened her expertise, allowing her to build a robust foundation of skills while treating diverse patient populations and managing complex conditions.
Not content with just the typical clinical experience, her passion for sports led her to travel the globe, working as a pitch-side first aider and physiotherapist with Rugby 7s and 10s teams. From the fields of Hong Kong to the stadiums of Rome, Dubai, Barbados, and Amsterdam, she treated high-level athletes, handling sporting injuries under pressure while ensuring players returned to peak performance. This international exposure sharpened her ability to work in high-intensity environments, making her a versatile and sought-after physiotherapist.
In 2021, she embraced a new challenge, relocating to Dubai to further her career as a physiotherapist and care manager. Her approach to physiotherapy is deeply holistic and patient-centered, with a strong belief that no two individuals are the same. She tailors each treatment and rehabilitation program to meet the unique needs of her patients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
