Dr. Bhadrish (MBCHB, M FAM MED, FCFP, FAFP, DIP MID COG, DCH, MBA) is a highly experienced Consultant Family Physician with over 20 years of clinical expertise in both South Africa and Dubai. His interests include the management of asthma and allergies, aiming to improve patients' quality of life, as well as providing comprehensive care for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia.

Dr. Bhadrish also has a focus on exercise physiology, particularly in examining the effects of age and disease, including inflammaging, on the body. He uses physical activity as a tool to slow the aging process and enhance overall health and wellness.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Bhadrish is an avid adventurer, having led numerous high-altitude hiking expeditions to destinations such as Everest Base Camp, Mount Kailash, and Mount Kilimanjaro.
